The documentary will be a revealing portrait of Barack Obama: his culturally diverse childhood experiences
and upbringing in Hawaii, maturation into an honors graduate of college, years as a community organizer in
the South Side of Chicago, and milestone achievement as the first African American president of the Harvard
Law Review. The documentary will also highlight his marriage to wife Michelle and family life with his daughters,
early political career as an Illinois State Senator, setback in losing an election for Congress, and the events
leading to his inspiring speech at the 2004 Democratic National Convention and winning campaign to become
a U.S. Senator. Finally, the film will chronicle his historic campaign to become the 44th President of the United
States, culminating in his memorable election night speech.


The film will feature interviews and video with those who have known him from his early childhood to the those
involved in his historic political career, with filming across the nation including Hawaii, Chicago and Washington, DC.
